About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialists manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition and planning for an organisation including on-boarding and off-boarding. The key focus is on recruitment activities including profiling, identifying, attracting, interviewing and assessing both active and passive candidates.

Talent Acquisition specialists develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates. They create applicant pools and talent pipeline for future workforce planning. They partner with hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of each role.

Salary Expectation: $71,000 – $110,000

Experience in developing and managing high volume recruitment campaigns.
