About the Role
Diversity and Inclusion Business Partners collaborate with Business Leaders to define, develop and drive Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy and action plans.
They access and analyse data to help identify trends, insights and gaps to inform D&I strategy as well as relevant programming and interventions.
Diversity and Inclusion Business Partners understand business priorities and needs; and provide subject matter expertise through consulting and using evidence-based best practices to drive results. They recommend talent attraction, onboarding, learning, and retention strategies for diverse talent segments to create a workforce that is representative.
Key Industries for employment opportunities are extremely broad ranging from Consulting, Building & Construction, Media, Information Technology, Government, Energy, Mining & Resources, Not for Profit, Medical & Healthcare.
Salary Expectation: $112,000 – $184,000
Qualifications, Training, Licenses
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
5+ years work experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Consulting.
Minimum 2+ years work experience in Diversity & Inclusion.
Knowledge & Capabilities
A subject matter expert on diversity, inclusion & belonging and social justice.
Experience interpreting data and translating insights into strategies.
Proven track record of building relationships with and influencing stakeholders and
cross-functional teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. with the ability to influence.
Up-to-date knowledge with regulatory and policy developments which affect Diversity & Inclusion.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Project management skills.
